Fully Automatic Embossing Machine is a machine that by carving fine smooth lines on surface of the embossing roll, then the smooth lines on the surface can be directly pressed on special paper such as paper, gold and silver card, aluminum foil paper and coated paper through embossing.

It is suitable for high-grade wine boxes, cosmetics boxes, drug packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, cigarette boxes, calendar boxes, advertising pictures and other products. It can form refraction patterns, frosted patterns, ice patterns and concave convex patterns.

Features :

-Speed of 6000 sheets / hour.

-Vacuum pump drives Feida and paper feeding.

-There is a double sheet control in front of the paper feeding. It will stop automatically when the paper is fed with two or more sheets.

-The embossing part is composed of wool roller and embossing roller.

-The paper is pressed out of the grain pattern between wool roller and embossing roller.

-The Automatic Embossing Machin is driven by frequency converter. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. There is a pressure of 50 tons between the two rollers of the machine.
